- Building an FBA shipment from your purchase orders, through Amazon's current Fulfillment Inbound API
- Packing and placement options returned by Amazon, with box contents, weights and dimensions
- Connecting a warehouse or prep centre, and sending the order ahead so they can reconcile what arrives
- Receiving counts back against the order, including short, damaged and over-delivered lines
- Prep costs per unit, carried into the landed cost behind your margins and price floors
- Prep billing and invoices between a seller and their prep centre
- Messaging between a seller and their prep centre against a specific shipment
Not in the beta
Do not plan around these
- Discounted carrier rates — Apex does not resell freight and has no carrier agreement
- Automated 2D barcode or label printing workflows
- Marketplaces beyond Amazon US
- A guaranteed turnaround, SLA or support commitment while the module is in beta

The useful things to tell us are your monthly shipment volume, how many people touch a shipment, what you use for listing and prep today, and which single step costs you the most time. That last answer is what decides what gets built next.

The rest of Apex is not in beta
Sourcing, purchasing, repricing and profit reporting are live and included in every plan. If the bottleneck is deciding what to buy and what to charge rather than moving the boxes, you do not need to wait for Red.
Common questions
Can I replace my shipping software with this today?
Compare the list above against what your operation actually needs, and decide from that rather than from a roadmap. If a function you depend on is in the second column, the answer is no.
Does requesting beta access start a paid subscription?
No. The button opens our contact form. No card, no trial, no subscription — it sends a message and we reply. Paid plans are a separate decision on the pricing page.
Do I need a paid plan to be in the beta?
Beta access is arranged with us directly. Tell us about your operation and we will tell you what is available and what it would cost, before anything is charged.
When does Red leave beta?
We are not going to give you a date we cannot keep. This page carries the date its scope was last checked, and the list changes as the work does.
